Please double check before attaching logs.
Again: make sure there is no _other_ Wine process running before.

The thread ids in your log start with "0021" hence there must be some lingering
Wine processes (bootstrap trace should usually start with tid 0008).

Additionally what Linux distro are you on? Exact kernel version?
