Openbox has another problem due to this bug: when alt-tabbing out of an
affected wine application (eg. Editpad Pro 7), the new window gets covered with
the inactive window of the old application.

Workaround: assign W-Tab and W-S-Tab to NextWindow, PreviousWindow. When not
using the alt key, alt-tab and application activation goes ok.
