Confirming, crazy re-drawing/refreshing of the blue bar + high CPU usage.
Tested under winrar-4.01.


1. I did a regression test between 1.3.22 and 1.3.23:

3. Revert of this patch on top of wine-1.3.24 makes that problem go away.
