This is the first time I rechecked this bug since I've upgraded to Fedora 15.
Using Wine-1.3.24, the launcher is showing up correctly (in fullscreen as well
as in virtual desktop).

Interestingly, on F15 I can't reproduce the reported problem with previous
versions of Wine: 1.3.5, 1.3.18 etc. all display the launcher correctly.
Lots of components have been changed in F15. Whatever it was...now it
WORKSFORME.
