Hello,

Picasa 3.8 crashes if you click "import from" menu item (or "import" tool
button).

IWiaDevMgr->EnumDeviceInfo (wiadevmgr_EnumDeviceInfo) is a stub, returning
E_NOTIMPL.
Picasa doesn't check HRESULT and tries to directly dereference
IEnumWIA_DEV_INFO **ppIEnum out parameter, leading to crash.
