I can no longer reproduce this bug after copying GTASA settings files around. I
guess this can be closed as invalid(?) now. Maybe this should be expected that
GTASA can't find the audio card which it has saved into its settings and which
has now disappeared (if i understand the commit correctly).

So, if someone comes across this problem, just try to delete/rename gta_sa.set
from "GTA San Andreas User Files" directory in your home (and set the game
settings again).
