Properly installer start

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) wine Setup.exe

Behaviour:
Installer exits silently.

Expected behaviour:
Installer should display window(see attachment)

Terminal output:
many of these lines
err:richedit:ReadStyleSheet missing style number
