I upped the install to my Dropbox:

How should I choose a record device? Take a look at the screenshot attached by
me.

Also it worked, but since the update to 1.3.19 this app crashes. I have a
second PC with 1.3.18 and everything runs fine there. 
This is the only app that crashes, several other wine applications like
"mp3directcut" and "meterV" work fine and have access to the sound device. I
would thank you for helping me, and I'm looking forward to get the update to
1.3.20 soon, in order to check if this bug has been fixed.
