Did you have any difficulty applying the Mayerhofer patch? I have a git branch
on the 1.3.5 tag checked out, but when I try
patch --dry-run -p0 <sysfs-logicalprocessor-impl.patch
All 5 hunks in nt.c fail, and the first hunk processor.c fails with a "patch
unexpectedly ends in middle of line."
