I don't believe you started the program correctly. ExpressLister.exe is located
in the Windows path C:\users\Public\Application Data\OZtion\OZtion Express
Lister 2\. What actually happen is:

wine: Install Mono for Windows to run .NET 2.0 applications.

You might want to do this with winetricks, although the native .NET 2.0 redist
likely yields better behavior from the application.
