Normal output redirected to log file

1.) Download and install MS XLVIEW 2010 from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=1cd6acf9-ce06-4e1c-8dcf-f33f669dbc3a
2.) Download the above mentioned XLS from here:
http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/DevZone/docs/html/C/tools/CUDA_Occupancy_Calculator.xls
3.) Start ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Microsoft\ Office/Office12/XLVIEW.EXE
and open the downloaded XLS file
4.) Wine freezes instantly with the following error:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x0000000c at address 0x3b0c5efa
(thread 0009), starting debugger...
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x0000000c in 32-bit code
(0x3b0c5efa).

I can reproduce this bug any time.
