I had the same problem with visio 2007 pro on wine-1.2 and wine-1.3.21 on
ubuntu 10.10. In fact this bug affected not only page setup but nearly every
property dialogue box in Visio.

fixed (or work around) by installing comctl32 comdlg32ocx richtx32 riched20 and
riched30 via winetricks (don't know which on exactly, but winetricks is from
ubuntu repository)
