[Bug 27384] Civilization 5 Won't Start

Does bypassing the launcher work on Windows?

If so, each log shows an independent bug. I don't know what's causing the
launcher crash. CivilizationV.exe is hitting an unimplemented function in our
msvcrt component (winetricks vcrun2008 should work around that).
CivilizationV_DX11.exe is failing because we have no d3d11 implementation.
