Hello,

long time no answer, essential info not provided.
Bug reporter never mentions how his phone is connected (serial link/ir/usb?)
and if everything is properly setup to have Wine actually "see" the device.

This is most likely a dupe of bug 15987

$ sha1sum setup.msi 
4faa453beb2c9636e3a646eb43c153e3c035839e  setup.msi

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.22-164-g17e6d75
