Oh, I well didn't think about this ;-)
But the shader model version seems incorrect for your graphics card.
You can run the "Detection.exe" tool afterwards manually from command line (its
in same folder as the game binary).

I'm using the desktop mode. How do you view the hidden Finish dialogue box in
desktop mode?

Of course - if the install dialog is not dismissed nothing will happen.
