This is with 1.3.23.

The part which remains is the latter part of Lucas' comment:

"However the bug is not fixed, after a short while in movement it
jumps back a little in the direction where it came and it's still hard to use
it. The behavior is still exclusive to the use of a touchpad."

I can't find a bug more specific to this issue so I assume this is the
appropriate bug. Let me know if there is one that just refers to the mouse
jumping problem. The mouse jumping bug was part solved before but only for
actual mice, not touchpads where the issue still remains (must be some rather
specific input trigger causing the problem).
