I'm having a similar problem with Cisco TelePresence Movi:
err:module:import_dll Library ksuser.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\\Programfiler\\Cisco\\Movi\\gstreamer-0.10\\libgstwinks.dll") not found

Running 64bit Ubuntu 10.10, Wine 1.3.14
