on last post, i meant "the loader has no problems if its already running the
latest version.."
sorry about that;(problem occurs when it detects that it is not running the
latest update, and tried to automatically update. but since its able to
determine if the latest version is installed or not, it obviously is capable of
communicating with the server at some level...)
