though. I think fb_copy_to_texture_hwstretch() was written with the idea that
it would always be used for copying the backbuffer to some other texture, but
it may also be used for copying from some offscreen render target. The
difference would mostly be significant when doing something like stretching
from a small offscreen surface to the backbuffer to create a blur effect.
