[Bug 24011] Trackmania Nations Forever graphics test does not work

The same happens with Wine-1.3.15 when I start the launcher of TM United
Forever: the game informs me that my gfx card performance has not been found
and it will perform a quick benchmark.
The benchmark window shows only black. After the test the following message is
shown:
'Could not retrieve your graphics device performance.
Automatic graphics quality may be inadequate.'

Interestingly, if I start the launcher with winedebug enabled, e.g.
WINEDEBUG=+d3d,+d3d9, the test should finish correctly and the game
successfully writes a file named GfxDevicePerfs.txt in the Config directory. On
the next launch it doesn't require the benchmark any more.
