I think I encounter the same bug with Mathcad 14.
Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks dotnet20 vcrun2005 corefonts mdac28
3) install MathCAD 14
4) wine mathcad.exe

Behaviour:
"Mathcad Application has encountered a problem [...]" and then Wine error

Expected behaviour:
No problem.

Workaround:
winetricks msxml4

Please change state of this bug from UNCONFIRMED to NEW
