The problem is clear actually, at least a first visible one. We don't support
loading referenced schema files from disk - main reason is because we don't use
libxml2 to load from disk so it does now initial context path. Instead we're
parsing from memory so document path is never set. There should be a way to
workaround this I just need spend more time on that.

I'm confirming this, if it really changes something.
