The commit causing that minor visual glitch is:

In today's git (wine-1.3.15-126-g2520a36) the issue is no longer exists but the
commit fixing the problem introduced a new bug: during races tracks have black
(missing) textures when using shaders. This is most noticeable when using PC3
shader mode: the game is unplayable because most of the textures are black.
With PC1 or PC2 shader modes only certain objects are missing.

I'm closing this one as fixed. The newly introduced bug likely needs a
different bugreport.
