[Bug 22074] Anarchy Online crashes when window is dragged out of desktop or when switching workspaces

I believe this may be a shortcoming with Anarchy Online itself.  AO also
crashes immediately when you attempt to drag the AO window from one monitor to
the second.

A potential workaround is to use a virtual desktop, and running AO in either
windowed or full-screen mode inside the virtual desktop window.  This is how I
can drag my AO window from my main monitor to my second monitor without AO
crashing as soon as any part of the AO window leaves the main desktop.
