just to clarify, the unhandled exception and backtrace occur while starting EU3
and don't lead to a crash.

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7e6c39a0
"../../../wine/dlls/wininet/netconnection.c: init_ssl_cs" wait timed out in
thread 0046, blocked by 000c, retrying (60 sec) is what consistently appears
before the crash, which makes it seem like it's related to Paradox Connect
achievements, which I have disabled.
