It depends on your distro.  Wine searches for trusted root certificates in the
following locations:

/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
/etc/ssl/certs
/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
/usr/local/share/certs/

The first location is used by Debian/Ubuntu, for example, while the third
location is used by RedHat/Fedora.  You'll want to ask in your distro support
channel how to install one.
