Try doing 

cd $HOME
rm -rf ~/.wine
wget winetricks.org/winetricks
sh winetricks dotnet20

before installing the app, maybe.

But according to
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=8626
the app doesn't run well in wine, so you're probably out of luck.
