AFAIR, this message is always shown in the very start of the program, and many
files could be successfully processed despite the message. I thought it's just
a non-fatal check for a standard interface.

Whereas err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection is issued for some files, after a
minute or so, and in random pattern, so that the size of output file before
this exception is different across runs.
