After installing .net2.0 i get the following error message:

Portal Installer X64.exe - Application error
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. 
Process ID=0x2c (44), Thread ID=0x2d (45)

This error message is displayed when configuring wine as windows 98, vista and
windows 7.
