I get the same problem

On 1.3.18 and git version
Nvidia [GeForce GTX 275] 260.19.36


Terminal output:

fixme:d3d_surface:surface_load_location Downloading sRGB surface 0x779c7848 to
reload it as RGB.
fixme:d3d_surface:surface_load_location Downloading sRGB surface 0x9216df8 to
reload it as RGB.

I see alot of these errors in terminal when playing a map with all black
textured enemies.
