I would venture to say this is not a WINE bug at all.  I have used Ventrilo in
native Windows for years, and it has ALWAYS done this.  After a while, one of
us has a delay issue, and have to log out and back in.  Might have something to
do with the company the ventrilo server is bought from, but I doubt it is the
Ventrilo client, at least not as far as WINE is concerned.
