[Bug 20275] Quicken 2008 Deluxe help won't display help topics

Good news: with wine1.3 1.3.15-0ubuntu5 , some of these help problems are
fixed.
1. Clicking in Help show help content! 3. Appropriate icons appear for
Hide/Show and Back (progress on bug 17021), 5. Didn't see any HTML entities.

Some glitches remain:
2. Still only a Contents tab.
3. Still generic printer options for Options and Jump1
4. Still mystery "Jump1" help icon, does nothing.

And some new things I noticed:
6. When you use the expanding help navigator it sometimes doesn't redraw items
when you select different items.  Obscuring and exposing the help window cures
this.
7. The "Print this topic:" link or command at the bottom of most help content
is not styled specially.

Should I open a new bug for Wine version 1.3.15?

I'm running with no library overrides, no winetricks, and qw.exe set to Windows
Version "Windows 98" in winecfg.
