Shader Bug with shader settings at high - boxing is affected too

Hi,
Starcraft II works perfectly fine but when I use shader settings above
"medium", some shaders don't work.
Not working effects include: Some map-backgrounds, Nexus destroy animation.
Maybe some more, but I don't remember them.

I am using a Nvidia GTX 260 with driver version 270.41.06. The
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Wine/Direct3D registry values are (as suggested in
appdb):
DirectDrawRenderer opengl
Multisampling disabled
OffScreenRenderingMode pbuffer
UseGLSL disabled
VertexShaderMode hardware
VideoMemorySize 896
