Hello,

dupe of bug 23861
I found a portable version of SAS 9.1.3 SP4 (single 480 MiB exe) on a public
tracker and tested it with a partly reverted version of
http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/6d1ef3a6a64f0fabf05ce1bba5f0ec4373684786
The initial crash was gone (UI was shown) though it crashed later due to
ThinApp 4.x wrapping (which is another problem domain).
