I strongly doubt that it needs to be included generally in the main wine
Its operation where is closer to video to the driver - than to API

In Windows this code to be in the video card driver/libraries - and
vendors(nvidia,ati or game developers) test and finish the code for each new
program
And for which those programs isn't present in the list - they use standard
elements

In my judgement it so

Despite the size - my patch is extremely simple - and doesn't carry any
especially artful algorithms and receptions
