I'm seeing the same in wine 1.3.19 and 1.3.18 and 1.3.10. I've noticed it tends
to appear/disappear when moving your head about but remain stable when
continuing to face a direction. In addition to green, orange and red, I've also
seen purple. 

I'm using an Nvidia card. Consequently I've had to use the Red Fog fix which is
supposed to be fixed in the versions I've tried, and appears quite differently
to the bug described, appearing for me most noticeably consistently round the
feet of big daddys. I've also noticed the same effect on the patched 1.1
version without the red fog patch.
