Confirming again, in git (1.3.20), I can start a new campaign properly. There
is already a d3dx9_36 bug for Red Alert 3 (
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17815 ), so unless the OP still
experiences the issue I think this can be marked as fixed.
