Hello,

there is no point in discussing issues resulting from copy-over style
"installations".
Such install methods are not supported.

As already pointed out the installer needs reparse point/directory junction API
support for assembly installation to work (bug 12401)

Prerequisite:

$ wine reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4" /f
