the bug seems not to occur all the time.
it (seems to) appear only when playing in windowed mode.
if you minimize the window once, the models reappear, but they have strange
"additions" (e.g. black things sticking out of them)

I'm adding some screens with missing models, without missing models and with
the strange additions to the models.
