Hello,

confirming, still present.

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.20-164-g5a7dba5

Direct download of 6.x version (without need of SDK):
http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols/debuggers/dbg_x86_6.11.1.404.msi 

For a super fast unattended installation use the following command line:

$ wine msiexec /i dbg_x86_*.msi /qn INSTDIR="C:\\Program Files\\Debugging Tools
for Windows"
