Hey, this is fixed. 
As of wine-1.3.20-230-g456e48e DNS11 now installs.
It gives a warning that automatic training scheduling cannot be set, and then
it finishes installing. 

It now goes all the way through training and then hangs up after it processes
the voice information and before it displays the little "Did you know" window.
