"EQ overflowing" happens when the X server stops processing events, typically
because a driver is e.g. stuck in a loop or waiting for the result of an ioctl.
This is almost certainly a bug in fglrx. There's a very small chance it's in
the X server itself, but I doubt it. It's not a Wine bug, by definition. Even
if Wine does something wrong here, it's not allowed to lockup the X server.
