Sorry for false alarm, it's PulseAudio bug (problem with optimizing?), not a
app-compatibility or even Wine bug. When you choose so called Simultaneous
output to send sound to all output devices simultaneously, performance
decreases even if you actually send it to one device. Changing output back to
my sound card resolved the problem.
