I can reproduce the reported problem with the mouse in 1.3.19 and .20 but mouse
moves correctly again in the current git version (wine-1.3.20-230-g456e48e).

Please try the game in wine-1.3.20-230-g456e48e (or newer), probably it is
fixed for you, too.
