First of all, Prımavera installs msxml3. I don't know if Installer checks
before trying to install it. I added dll over rides and PM indeed started
without a hinch. However it crached when I tried to add Database I use at work.
I'll open another bug report for that later because it's dbconfig.exe that's
crashing.
