[Bug 14648] SigmaPlot (9,10 and 11) y-axis title rotated and shifted

Sorry - bad day at the office. Having looked at this again, it looks like the
problem is, that whereas rotation of the text in Sigmaplot is taken to be
counter-clockwise, the font is being rotated clockwise. (My understanding is
that in Windows, you draw rotated text by preparing a rotated version of the
font.) Would this be a straightforward fix?
