[Bug 28519] WINE cannot be compiled completely outside the source tree

I confirm that the bug is fixed in current git repository.

However, I must say that I got this problem during compilation:

It seems there is an only solution for compiling successfully WINE: you must
uninstall binutils-2.22.51-1 and install the older binutils-2.21.53-2 instead.
Don't ask me why.
Perhaps this is an useful remark for all people who wants to try compilation in
CYGWIN.
