Two problems here:

1. our xslpattern -> xpath translator is not aware of qualified attributes,
that's very easy to fix;
2. XPath that we use to process translated query should have registered
namespace to process this (namespace 'fd' in this case). That's a bit tricky
but possible to fix I believe.

So I'll try next week.
