The newer branches don't support my hardware. In fact I can't even try the
older branch anymore, since I've moved to Scientific Linux 6 and the older
branch kernel module no longer loads (Compiles and links just fine, but upon
loading it some ELF checks fail and module is considered corrupt. Have found no
remedy so far).

I'll see if I can try this somewhere else, but it may take a while.
