[Bug 29025] Riven prison elevator buttons inoperative

I found the problem. It was with LXDE. When running in IceWM the elevator
buttons work fine. Here is the output when running wine with export
WINEDEBUG="+event":

Using lxde (buttons inop):

I tried unchecking "Allow window manager to control the windows" and "Allow
window manager to decorate the windows" and neither helped LXDE.

Running in IceWM unfortunately didn't fix the turning 2 pages at once but at
least the elevator buttons work.

Is LXDE focus stealing maybe?
